The inaugural Property Investment and Home Expo (PIHex) took place from 7 to 10 June 2012 at 1Borneo Hypermall in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. This free-to-attend four day property exhibition consists of an over 100 booths exhibition gallery, multiple workshops presented by leaders in the industry, and a series of exclusive business matching opportunities.

The main objective of staging PIHex is to showcase the vibrant property developments in Malaysia and beyond, as well as to cater to an ever increasing interest in property investment. PIHex strives to educate the public by presenting a variety of property investment opportunities available in the market, as well as to educate keen property investors and homebuyers with the latest information on industry movement.
